Lighting & Wiring Solutions

The sturdy building system is prefabricated to accommodate your grow lighting, air systems and plumbing systems. A suspended Clip or Slide Grid helps to simplify moving growing lights and air-flow fans. To assist the wire jungle required to power your business, structurally supporting Wiring Studs act as cable raceways to hold electrical conduit and data wiring.

InPlant’s Aluminum Building Systems are excellent for humid environments — indoor greenhouses, hydroponic gardening, vertical growing systems and controlled agricultural growing rooms for indoor farming and the cultivation of medical marijuana.

Moisture-Resistant

InPlant’s Aluminum Building System is ideal for indoor farming because it is maintenance-free and moisture resistant. The anodized finishing process increases corrosion resistance and can withstand harsh sanitation procedures. Aluminum is excellent for controlled environments and temperature-monitored agricultural growing rooms.

InPlant's 1.75 Anodized Aluminum Wiring Stud

Light-Weight Aluminum; 1.75"

For environmentally controlled growing rooms requiring less thermal values, the Light-Weight Aluminum System is eco-friendly. The 1.75˝ Aluminum Wiring Stud is non-load-bearing and suited for single-story, washdown applications and sensitive Equipment Enclosures that do not require high thermal values.

All-Purpose Aluminum; 3"

InPlant’s 3˝ thick All-Purpose Aluminum Building System provides superior insulation for precise temperature control. It offers the most diverse building usage — with the load-bearing strength this system can accommodate a second floor or roof storage as well as ancillary equipment storage above your room.

This 3˝ sturdy weather-resistant aluminum is featured in our Pre-Assembled Guard Shacks and other exterior Booth applications.

Although Steel is not recommended for moist environments, it is a sturdy & economical option for Offices and Cultivation Equipment Enclosures.

Exterior & Interior Wiring Raceways

The 3˝ Wiring Stud has accessible and concealed electrical wiring tracks on both the interior and exterior of each stud with friction-fit cover plates on both sides for access to wiring.

InPlant's 1.75 inch 20 Gauge Steel Wiring Stud

Versatile Steel, 1.75" 16 gauge

Steel is a strong and economical option. This system is constructed with 16 gauge galvanealed steel. The 1.75˝ Wiring Studs have load-bearing strength to accommodate a reasonably sized second story, or the sturdy rooftop can be used for storage up to 125 lb per square foot.

Standard Steel, 3" 20 gauge

For single-story applications, this non-load-bearing system gives you the full benefit of using InPlant’s deeper 3˝ Wall Panels. This allows you the option of using the best Noise Controlling or sound insulation Wall Panels. Ideal for interior Wall Partitions, In-Plant Offices or Equipment Enclosures.

Heavy-Duty Steel, 3˝ 16 gauge

This is InPlant’s strongest load-bearing system. It carries the heaviest load and is used in our larger two-story prefabricated buildings. Or, it is capable of providing the widest, column-free room span — up to 40 feet when used in non-load bearing applications. It is used for Demising Walls — large Partitions in plants or warehouses that divide space for different types of processing or enclose operations.
