Thermal Insulation
InPlant’s Grow Room Wall Panels consist of an inner core and outer layer, prefabricated with materials that help maintain a controlled environment. The standard core is composed of expanded polystyrene. With our 3˝ thick Cleanroom Panels, assembled with our structural Modular Building System, your insulated Grow Room will maintain excellent thermal values.
Vertical Systems
InPlant’s Wall Panels can run vertically or horizontally, with heights ranging from 8 feet to 26 feet. The FRP or Aluminum-Faced Wall Panels are moisture-resistant for tall wall systems in vertical farming and hydroponic gardening.

Moisture-Resistant
InPlant Grow Room Wall Panels provide a solid, moisture-resistant, and non-corrosive surface. They are non-shedding and well-suited for sanitation. All of these factors reduce yield loss from contamination, such as mold, algae, pests, and airborne pathogens.
InPlant Cement Board Wall Panels are highly durable and weather-resistant. Exterior-grade cement board is laminated directly to the insulating foam core and then painted. These panels are moisture-resistant.

FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Faced Wall Panels are our low-maintenance solution. FRP is laminated directly to the foam core. This water-resistant material is often used as a moisture barrier and is an excellent choice for handling the Grow Room environment and the unique conditions of cannabis cultivation.

The aluminum surface is a durable option for your Grow Room and enhances safety if enclosing hazardous equipment. The aluminum sheets, ranging from .030“ to .062“in thickness, are laminated directly to the expanded polystyrene foam core material.
Aluminum-Faced Wall Panels are available with core upgrades of Aluminum Honeycomb, if required.

NC Construction
InPlant Office Wall Panels are composed of two 1/2˝ gypsum layers — this Noise-Controlling and Non-Combustible material contains or blocks sound. The Soundstop Wall Panels provide the utmost sound control.
Our Gypsum Wall Panels have excellent noise control and insulation qualities, and are non-combustible with a class 1 fire rating. Additionally, when paired with the Steel Building System, both will be painted to match our standard paints or your custom paint selection.
The Painted Gypsum Panel is painted at the factory and is as easy to repair as residential drywall. Recommended for modular office walls as temporary walls, long-term use in modular buildings, or as modular partitions.

Featuring an additional 6-mil vinyl covering, your Gypsum Wall Panel provides more noise control with non-combustible qualities. Selecting a vinyl covering adds a durable and cleanable surface.

The Soundstop Modular Office Units provide the utmost sound control. We’ve encapsulated an interior cavity filled with rock wool sound insulation. We also insulate the Wiring Studs with rock wool, offer dual-pane insulated windows, and doors are insulated and sealed to complete the sound barrier.
Recommended Soundstop Wall Panel surfaces include painted 24-gauge steel, aluminum, colored vinyls, or FRP.

InPlant allows you to select a panel configuration that meets your safety requirements. Equipment Enclosures are prefabricated with Steel or Aluminum-Faced Wall Panels to stop weld flash, flying debris, or excessive noise.
We offer bullet- and blast-resistant materials for staff safety, along with the ability to fully integrate with security cameras, access control doors, and other systems.

InPlant’s durable steel surface option provides safety when enclosing hazardous equipment. We laminate 24-gauge galvanealed sheet steel either directly to the foam core material or laminated to the standard Gypsum Wall Panel for additional sound attenuation. For the most noise control, select Steel-Faced laminated over our Soundstop Wall Panel core.

InPlant Cement Board Wall Panels are highly durable and weather-resistant. Exterior-grade cement board is laminated directly to the insulating foam core and painted. These panels are used for InPlant’s exterior Booths and guard shacks, which are pre-assembled and sized up to 8´ by 20´ for transportation or can be built larger. These Booths or guard shacks can handle sun exposure, varying temperatures, and driving rain.
