Our Grow Boxes & Sheds — portable Clean Rooms — designed for easy shipping, are a testament to our 35 years of experience with adapted Clean Room technologies. A pre-assembled Booth up to 8′ wide by 20′ will ship on a standard flatbed, and a larger Booth will require oversized shipping. The welded steel channel base frame, which supports the structure, sub-floor, and vinyl tile flooring, and engineered fork pockets make unloading and placement a breeze using a forklift.
InPlant’s manufacturing process ensures adaptability to your specific needs. Whether your custom Grow Boxes are for indoor use or a Grow Shed design for exterior applications — the custom prefabrication, wiring, and assembly of your portable clean rooms will be ready to accept your growing equipment when specified during the quote and planning process. The cultivation Booth can include waterproof enclosed outlets or GFCI outlets, grow lighting supports, and LED lighting, all pre-wired within the electrical raceways in the structural Wiring Studs and Ceiling/Roof Panel. InPlant can add a subfloor or internal supports inside the Wall Panels for your hydroponic system, further enhancing the adaptive features of the Booth to fit your agricultural requirements.
Interior & Exterior Use
The following applies for portable Clean Room Enclosures (the InPlant Grow Boxes), and Guard Shacks alike (Security Booths).
In a warehouse or an interior location, your indoor Grow Box assembly will not require a rain deck and gutters, reducing the material cost. For exterior applications, the Grow Shed design includes 3˝ thick Roof Panels for added insulation with an outer steel face for strength to support the exterior grade corrugated roof and the perimeter gutter system with downspouts. Windows are exterior grade and can be fixed or sliding.
For both the Grow Boxes & Grow Sheds, InPlant pairs the 3˝ All-Purpose Aluminum Building System with an interior of FRP-Faced Wall Panels or a unique reflective material on Cement Board Wall Panels. These durable components are moisture-resistant for wash-down applications. The Cement Board is recommended and prefabricated on the outer layer of the Wall Panels for maximum durability and weather resistance to ensure the longevity of your investment.
Security Applications & Enhanced Protection
Standard in the security Guard Shack, the outlets, and lighting (and HVAC if added) are pre-wired in the electrical raceways inside the structural Wiring Studs and Roof Panels. Specify if your Guard Shack will be set inside a facility or used outdoors.
We offer custom modifications that enhance the security of our enclosures, such as bullet and blast-resistant Wall Panels, the ability to fully integrate with security cameras, access control doors, and more.
