When erecting the All-Purpose system 30 feet wide, the Panelized Roof Systems hold lightweight equipment ranging up to 30 lbs per square foot.

**For offices and production rooms erected to 30-foot-wide spans, the 20-gauge Standard Steel System is a more economical choice over the Aluminum or 16-gauge systems.

*InPlant’s Modular Building Systems are known for their strength. The Heavy-Duty Steel System spans up to 40 feet wide without center support columns in non-load-bearing applications. When setting up this Heavy-Duty Modular Building System at 40 feet wide, the enclosure can extend over 100 feet or longer, providing an excellent solution for larger production rooms that require a controlled environment for compounding and packaging.

***Gain more usable space on top of your roof with a vertical Grow Room design — InPlant’s load-bearing systems are reinforced with recessed I-beams on 48˝ centers, giving your roof deck a load capacity of up to 125 pounds per square foot with up to 16 feet high ceilings. Large equipment is often necessary for indoor farming and can occupy a significant amount of floor space; and, quick and easy access to this equipment is vital. Our hard cap roof supports roof-mounted accessories, such as air extraction systems, grow lights, ventilation, or storage as needed. Including a mezzanine to support heavier ancillary equipment, which exceeds 125 pounds per square foot load, is an excellent space-saving choice for indoor hydroponics systems.

****For smaller office enclosures, partitions, and storage rooms with less thermal demands, InPlant offers the economical Versatile Steel System. It is a load-bearing system for up to 10-foot high ceilings and rooms that are under 16 feet wide at any length.

Dividing Warehouse Spaces — Demising Walls***

***The All-Purpose Aluminum System is moisture-resistant and recommended for a hydroponic garden. In vertical commercial hydroponic farming, this system can stack up to 26 feet high as partitions in a warehouse setting, dividing spaces as demising walls. You can also cover existing walls with InPlant’s Modular Aluminum Wall System, creating a moisture-resistant washdown environment.
