InPlant will custom-design Modular Building Systems to fit your space constraints and accommodate any equipment obstructions. We precisely fabricate the interior and exterior dimensions within a fraction of an inch. We can engineer a modular Grow Room, Equipment Enclosure, Office, or exterior Security Booth that’s as economical or as intricate and heavy-duty as you require it for long-term or temporary use. No job is too small or too large — from a single small Grow Room design to a large-scale vertical warehouse Grow Room design, and any other Enclosures you require.

Installation will run more efficiently with either a small grow room design, a greenhouse design, or a warehouse grow room design — our Cleanroom Specialist can assist here if needed. Upon placement of your order, InPlant promptly produces detailed CAD drawings for your approval. After you’ve okayed the drawings, the 4 to 6-week manufacturing process begins.

Modular Buildings are packaged on pallets, shipped by motor carrier, and usually arrive in a few days. A forklift with a capacity of 3,000 pounds and extended forks is required to offload pallets of your prefabricated Modular System. Booths and Guard Shacks (manufactured for interior or exterior use by design) are pre-assembled on a steel channel base frame with fork pockets for easy unloading and placement with a forklift.

The loaded packages include a complete packing inventory list, a detailed CAD drawing, and Modular Office Installation Instructions, which also include a required tools list (page 3).

Prefabricated Modular Construction for Cleaner Installation & Flexibility

Since InPlant’s Modular Units are 85% fabricated and painted in the factory, the installation and assembly are cleaner than traditional construction, requiring less downtime and saving you money. If applicable, tax advantages make modular construction an economical choice as your demountable Modular System is “equipment” (Refer to IRS §179).

Pulling Permits

Every jurisdiction operates differently regarding code compliance and enforcement. If permits are required, we can provide stamped engineered drawings for an additional cost.

Modular construction is an open construction method that allows building inspectors to inspect the structure and wiring at any point during the installation of your Grow Rooms indoors.

Electrical

Electrical components mount to the Building System during installation. Standard circuit breaker panels consist of 125A panels with 70A main breakers and may be upgraded as needed. Single pole and three-way switches, as well as duplex and other outlets, are provided in a standard layout. The building’s electrical needs determine the number of individual breakers. Electrical wiring, conduit, communication cables, and light bulbs are to be provided by an electrician or technician on-site.

InPlant offers a modular wiring option that snaps together, linking all the pre-wired lights and outlets back to the junction box near the load center.

InPlant will customize packages for Modular Grow Boxes, complex or simple In-Plant Offices, and prefabricated interior Wall Partitions. Smaller, pre-assembled, and portable Security Booth and Booth Enclosure come fully wired, or as required.

Your InPlant Modular Office, Building, Wall Partition, Equipment Enclosure, or Grow Room is safely packaged on pallets for shipping. Your Modular Building or Prefabricated Grow Room will arrive with a complete packing inventory list, a detailed CAD drawing, and Modular Installation Instructions, including a required tools list. A forklift with a 3,000-pound capacity and extended forks is required for offloading.

InPlant’s Prefab Structures — Grow Boxes, Booths, Guard Shacks, and Security Shelters — are shipped fully assembled. They are designed for easy shipping — up to 8′ wide by 20′. Larger booths require oversized shipping. Booths are pre-assembled upon a welded steel channel base frame with fork pockets for easy unloading and placement with a forklift.

Choose the appropriate Building Systems and Wall Panels for your application in either 1¾˝ or 3˝ thickness and in standard 8´ to 26´ height, which can extend taller.

Select the appropriate Building Systems in Aluminum or Steel, along with 3˝ thick Wall Panels specific for each application. These Systems feature standard heights ranging from 8 feet to 26 feet, which InPlant can engineer to extend to taller heights.

The InPlant Grow Room suspended Clip Grid or Slide Grid simplifies the movement of grow lights and flow fans.

Load-bearing roofs overlay material options include OSB, plywood, tread plate, and more.

Offices feature steel decking that supports the 2×4 grid ceiling, with recessed lighting installed at various heights. The standard 2×4 LED Lighting Fixtures have an acrylic lens cover.

Upon request, Inplant will incorporate specialized lighting into your InPlant Offices.
