The safest and most durable options are prefabricated with double walls of steel or aluminum plates, serving as protective barriers from hazardous agricultural robotics and equipment to safeguard your personnel.
The hard cap roof is assembled with the same durable Double Steel or Aluminum Faced Wall Panels and metal interlocking Building System, allowing a full range of protection in both exterior and interior spaces from any robotic automation debris. InPlant enclosures help control temperature and humidity, and protect your products from dust, fumes, and pests.

Steel-Faced Wall Panels
InPlant’s Building Systems are designed to accept safety accessories such as computer-programmed door controls, interlocks, and more. The structural Wiring Studs include a wiring raceway for electrical and data wires. Electrical conduit can also be surface mounted to any part of your Modular Unit. The hard cap roof provides support for mounted accessories such as air extraction systems. Load-bearing systems can accommodate heavier equipment, up to 125 pounds per square inch.
The modular nature of InPlant’s Building System allows you to build around existing equipment during installation. Wall Panels can be left out to accommodate large equipment that will be placed post-installation.
Control & Contain Sound
Isolating noise is vital for privacy and protection from loud equipment — key features of our Modular Offices and Equipment Enclosures. InPlant’s Wall Panels with NC Construction is a solution for your Equipment Room. The Noise-Controlling and Non-Combustible 3˝ thick Wall Panels with two layers of ½˝ gypsum and insulation contain excessive sound. Standard gypsum should not be used in the Grow Room due to its high moisture content, though moisture-resistant gypsum is available.
The 3˝ thick Soundstop™ Modular Building System is InPlant’s solution for extreme noise control. Soundstop Wall Panels feature an interior cavity filled with rock wool sound insulation, enclosed within a gypsum shell. We also insulate the Wiring Studs of this system with rock wool. The Soundstop windows are dual-pane insulated, and sealed doors provide a substantial sound barrier.
Safety Guard Perimeter Walls

InPlant offers a freestanding Wall Partition System that allows you to choose a panel configuration to meet your safety requirements. The Wall Panels are connected using InPlant’s same non-progressive Building System, which allows for reconfiguration. The Modular System features stackable Wall Panels to extend wall height and can easily be field modified for custom applications.
